To clean marble and travertine, gently wipe with a soft, damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the surface. To prevent staining or etching, keep hot or acidic items off the surface.

Since all our products are made to order and crafted specifically for you, we operate with the following policy:

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, production begins, and cancellations are no longer possible.

Returns & Exchanges

As each piece is custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

• Please inspect your item upon delivery. If you notice any damage or defects, contact us immediately with photos. Once you sign to confirm receipt in good condition upon delivery, refund or exchange requests can no longer be accepted.
• We will assess the issue and offer either a replacement or a partial refund, depending on the severity of the damage.
• If a replacement is issued, we cover all associated costs.

Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are only provided for order cancellations within 24 hours or in the case of a damaged product where a replacement is not possible.
• If a product is defective due to a manufacturing issue, we will work with you to find the best solution.
